SEO, Google Ads and AI search results, with the screenshots to prove it.
Since November 2025 I have run search, ads and the website for Auto Deals UAE, a luxury and supercar dealer in Dubai. Everything below comes from Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile and my monthly reports. Ad budgets are not shown.

Who I am?

Hey, I’m Benjamin.
I get businesses found on Google, and recommended by AI assistants, then prove it with the numbers.
I’m an SEO / SEM specialist and website administrator in Dubai with an IT degree and UAE experience since 2020. I handle the whole chain myself: technical SEO, content, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, tracking in GA4 and Tag Manager, and the WordPress site underneath it all.
When the tools I need don’t exist, I build them: two published WordPress plugins, a Chrome extension and a mobile app. My focus now is AI search (GEO / AEO), getting brands cited by Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity.

Case study 1 · SEO
From almost invisible to 2,300+ ranking keywords
Starting point: missing meta tags, thin and outdated blog posts, sold cars being deleted (losing their rankings), broken links and wrong redirects, and no tracking set up.
What I did
- Set up Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager, and registered the business as a Google brand.
- Rewrote titles, meta descriptions, tags and internal links on all 248 vehicle pages.
- Removed harmful old posts and grew the blog from 8 to 31 articles in the first month, then kept publishing news and guides.
- Built a “Sold cars” strategy: sold units stay live with a Sold tag instead of being deleted, keeping their rankings and trust.
- Ran a full Screaming Frog crawl (7,558 URLs) to fix redirects, canonicals and indexability (96.6% of internal URLs indexable).

Case study 2 · AI search (GEO / AEO)
Recommended first by Google’s AI Mode, cited by AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity
I structured the site so AI assistants can read and quote it: question-and-answer sections, FAQs, schema markup, an llms.txt index (my own plugin), and consistent brand mentions across directories and news sites, including an article placement in Gulf News. Before, AI assistants did not mention the dealer at all. By February 2026 it had 21 AI mentions, and by October 2026 60, with an AI visibility score of 21, up from 0.

Where AI search names the dealer
| Search | Where | Result |
|---|---|---|
| “luxury cars in dubai” | Google AI Mode | Listed #1, cited Jul 2026 |
| “luxury cars for sale” | Google AI Overview | Cited as a source Jan 2026 |
| “luxury cars in dubai” | Google AI Overview | Cited as a source Oct 2026 |

Case study 3 · Google Ads
83.8K clicks and 8.32M impressions at AED 1.30 a click
I launched Google Search Ads within the first two weeks so the dealer appeared on Google while SEO was being rebuilt. Later I split the account into brand campaigns (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz) plus Performance Max, each scheduled for the hours its buyers actually search.
- 11 months, 10 Nov 2025 – 1 Oct 2026: 8.32M impressions and 83.8K clicks at an average of AED 1.30 per click, across Search, Performance Max and Display.
- Launch, 21 Nov 2025 – 21 Jan 2026: 9.4K clicks, 157K impressions (about 6% CTR), 191 lead-form submissions.
- 337 tracked conversions in the same period across lead forms, contact and sell-your-car forms, and phone clicks.
- Call and WhatsApp assets on every campaign: 119 call clicks and 176 WhatsApp chats in one month (Sep 2026), 3–5% interaction rate.
- All conversions tracked in GA4 and imported into Google Ads, so bidding optimises for real enquiries, not just clicks.

Case study 4 · Local search
1,328 customer actions in one month from Google Maps
Weekly posts, fresh photos, WhatsApp integration and review collection turned the Google Business Profile into a lead source of its own. In June 2026 alone: 126 calls, 697 direction requests, 456 website visits and 14,834 profile views. The showroom now appears #2 in the map results for “buy luxury cars in dubai”.

Case study 5 · Website rescue & security
Traced and removed a server-level malware infection
A UAE company’s WordPress site I managed started showing cloaked spam and suspicious redirects. The infection was not just in the site: it sat at server level, with hundreds of thousands of infected files and a compromised database.
- Found the root cause: a hidden, password-protected web shell disguised as a “testimonials” file, which had survived an earlier migration.
- Coordinated with the hosting provider to isolate the infected environment and restore from the last clean backup.
- Hardened the restored site (Wordfence scanning, clean-up of unfamiliar URLs and redirects) and wrote a full incident timeline for management.
- Proposed and planned moving the group’s domains to Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, SSL, firewall and DDoS protection.
Things I built
Tools, not just campaigns
Generates llms.txt and llms-full.txt so AI assistants can understand a site’s key pages. Supports WooCommerce, sold items and Yoast SEO.
Ties every WhatsApp, phone and contact click to its source: UTM, Google Ads click ID, landing page and device. Hashed IPs.
Pulls new and updated vehicles from a dealer-management feed into WooCommerce every 2 minutes, with specs, prices and photos, while keeping long descriptions, Yoast SEO and URLs intact.
PIN-locks the browser on startup or inactivity and hides open tabs. Salted-hash PIN stored locally, no tracking.
A personal and family finance app for tracking income, expenses and balances.
